Tired of all the folks who’ve vastly outlived their fifteen minutes of fame?
I’ll bet we all have our Top 10 List of people whose 15 minutes of fame need to be up already! Jon & Kate have long been on my list of people who need to just shut up and go away, along with the OctoMom (she still crops up every now and again), Michael Jackson and his whole family, and Richard Hatch (OMG – will he NEVER go away???).
And now we have the Heene Family (better known as “Balloon Boy” Falcon, dad Richard, and the rest of his off-center family. They should have disappeared from the public radar after their crisis was resolved, but they are showing every sign of tremendously overstaying their public welcome.
So, each day, I’ll try to cover something or someone that’s become publicly annoying, disturbing, or controversial and give you a chance to vote and leave comments expressing your own opinion on it. At the very least, let’s commiserate together about some of the pathetic things that are actually considered newsworthy in today’s world!
